DowntownBancroft.com is a community-created* website on a mission. Our goal is to create a central location online that discloses all new information on the re-development of Bancroft, Ontario (specifically the downtown core), but also to post news of events and local business.
Initiated as a revitalization project the residents and council have agreed (or should I realisticly say, are in the process of debating) that the downtown core of our 130 year old town needs more than just a facelift.
DowntownBancroft.com’s mission is to bring as many pieces of the on-going work by council, committees and sub-committees, town residents views and opinions, and the paperwork generated to the public.
